When you work with Acalia, we include all of the following services to help streamline your event planning:

• Budgeting: Advice, development, and coordination
• Outside vendors: Recommendation or selection assistance, and coordination
• Site logistics: Layout and circulation advice, staging, and location of key equipment
• On-site catering: Menu planning, food preparation, and set-up including a beautiful floral display on the main food table
• Food serving equipment: Our house place settings (dinner plate, salad/dessert plate, rimmed soup bowl, flatware, and bar glasses), and beautiful buffet floral arrangement
• Rental Equipment: Advice or assistance in obtaining specialized equipment for music, A/V presentations, lighting, custom food serving, décor, and more
• Facility preparation: set-up and breakdown of tables, linens, and serving pieces, including all cleaning before and after the event
• Site Signage: Tall, customizable sign in front of Acalia to announce your event and help guests locate the site

Upon request, we're ready to make your event a unique and memorable occasion.  During 12 years of catering and events in and around Seattle, we have developed a network of reliable, outstanding professionals who we can recommend or coordinate to assist you in the following capacities:

• Event day support staff and/or individual food server staff
• Bar service
• Floral decorator (for flowers outside of the food table arrangement)
• Specialized pastry or wedding cake chef
• Special/custom party favors, decorations, or equipment rentals
• Valet  parking -- street, valet or adjacent lot
• A/V Eqiupment
• Photographer/Videographer
• Music (DJs or live bands)
• Transportation (cabs, limos, and shuttle buses)
• Accomodations (from B&B to nearby hotels and suites)
