Since 1997, Shelby and her talented staff have been providing a diversity of globally inspired menus, arranged in sumptuously elegant presentations.  Thanks to Acalia's amply-sized professional kitchen, FOODZ is able to produce outstanding buffets, catered luncheons, elegant sit-down dinners, and an endless variety of delivered options for all types and sizes of events.
